1. Who We Are

8 Figure Sales LLC ("8 Figure Sales," "we," "us," "our") is a Texas limited liability company providing sales placement, sales management, and marketing services to businesses.

For purposes of the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, we are the data controller for personal data described in this policy.

Contact: 5750 Grandscape Blvd. The Colony, TX 75056 Email: [email protected]

2. Scope

This policy covers personal information we collect through 8figuresales.com, our funnels, landing pages, forms, advertisements, calls, and messages. It does not cover data we process on behalf of our clients under a services agreement, where the client is the controller and we act as a processor.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Give Us

  • Identifiers — name, email address, telephone and mobile number, mailing address, business name, job title

  • Business information — revenue range, team size, offer type, current marketing and sales setup, goals, challenges

  • Application and form responses — answers you provide on applications, surveys, and qualification forms

  • Payment information — billing name, billing address, and payment card or bank details. Card details are collected and stored by our payment processors, not by us. We receive only limited transaction data such as the last four digits, card type, and authorization result.

  • Communications — emails, text messages, chat messages, and support requests

3.2 Call and Video Recordings

We record telephone and video calls, including consultation and sales calls. Recordings and automated transcripts are used for training, quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and record-keeping. You are notified at the start of any recorded call and may decline, in which case we may be unable to proceed with the call.

3.3 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and clicks

  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies — including advertising and analytics tags. See Section 8.

3.4 Information from Third Parties

  • Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, and others) regarding ad interaction

  • Lead sources, referral partners, and publicly available business databases

  • Payment processors regarding transaction status

  • Our clients, where you are a prospect or customer of theirs

3.5 Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive or special category personal data — such as health, biometric, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, sex life or sexual orientation, or government identifiers. Please do not submit such information to us.

We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Targeted Advertising, "Sale," and "Sharing"

We use advertising and analytics technologies from Meta, Google, and other platforms that collect information about your interaction with our Site and match it to your profiles on those platforms in order to show you ads and measure results.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, this activity may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and under some state laws may be treated as a "sale," even though we receive no money for it.

You have the right to opt out. See Section 9 and the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer.

7. Marketing Communications

7.1 Email

We send marketing emails to people who have given their information to us. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by contacting [email protected]. We will continue to send transactional messages relating to your account or purchase.

7.2 SMS and Text Messages

We send text messages only to people who have expressly consented to receive them. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7.3 Telephone Calls

We and sales personnel acting on our behalf may call telephone numbers you provide, regarding your inquiry or engagement. You may revoke consent at any time.

  • Analytics cookies — to understand how the Site is used

  • Advertising cookies and pixels — including the Meta Pixel and Google tags, to deliver and measure advertising

If you are in the UK, EEA, or another jurisdiction requiring prior consent, non-essential cookies are set only after you consent through our cookie banner. You may change your preferences at any time via [COOKIE PREFERENCES LINK].

You can also control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect Site functionality.
